TCF Bank in Willowbrook, IL

What an awful place! I went in there to exchange my $10 bill, yes CASH! for a roll of quarters and was told I couldn't because I didn't have an account. Never have I ever had a problem going I a BANK and exchanging money for money. Thank you Chase Bank for being across the street from this dump and giving me my quarters!!

Worst bank ever !! Rude customer service , they do not care about the customers at all. I have just closed mu account today with them only because they kept arguing with me about $ 37.00 they withdraw from my account as I according to them went below zero on my account ! Too bad my statement doesn't show this and I have never received warning massage from them as I signed to. !! I had pending deposits and pending withdrawals - so according to them - my pending withdrawals count toward the account balance, but the pending deposits not !!! So any way, even if my account was below the zero for an hour or two I think it wasn't such a big deal , because they had already deposits to cover that . For TCF it was better to lose the customer forever than give me $ 37.00 dollars back . Good job guys !!!

The Definition "INCOMPETENCE" should be measured by the Highest-Level of function of this branch. DO NOT GO HERE! Keep Driving, find another location, or safer, store you money in a can and bury it in your yard.
