I hate this bank, my account went to negative right away I put $20.00 to cover that but still they started charging overdraft fee. not one time but 4 times over draft plus maintenance fee and also extended over draft fee till I went to branch and talked to them they made me deposit so I can cover all those charges but we will waive the fees but they didn't waived anything after that they didn't answer my call for some days and than they said sorry we can't waive. I am going to close my account with them.

The customer service at this bank is always outstanding. The women who opens accounts is very professional and helpful. She even fixed my account when the home office customer service messed it up. I just wish US Bank would send her some help. She's the only one there opening accounts and doing home loans.
