Replace the tellers with machines

BOA sets the appearance that the company actually "cares" about their customers. You can hardly get through the front door of our local branch (Westmont Illinois), and your intercepted by some phony/lazy "greeter" who is happy until someone complains or holds a staff member accountable for poor service. As I was standing in line to be served, another customer came up to a teller and asked that the radio that was blairing Beatles music be turned down. The women that asked said her husband was trying to fill out a form, and had a headache and couldn't concentrate. The associate said "Ahhh, yea.", then called the next customer in line. While the superficial greeter and some other associate stood around with their thumb in their butt chating. I did mention to the "greeter" that a customer had asked to turn the radio down, and was ignored. The greeter made excuses, then was not only rude - but condescending to me as well. If BOA really gave a crap about their reputation with the public at large, they would pull the worthless greeters at their local branches and deploy some much needed "customer care" training!

Excellent customer service. No pushy promotional persons.

I don't know how to say about this bank,just tell every one be careful of feak bill in this bank
