Chase Bank in Sugar Grove, IL

They have a very stringent parking lot policy. The Sugar Grove Branch is “right” next to a very busy McDonald’s. Tues., 01/20/2015, 7:30am, I was parked in a Chase space looking for my wallet before getting into the McDonald’s drive-thru line. A man drives up in a white car and asked me to move. Bank security, no one can park in bank spaces until bank opens. Bank opens at 9:00am. I said ok, I was just looking for my wallet and will be moving in one sec. The person in grey mini-van was NOT asked to move, I guess she was security also. He drives around the very small bank, sits, facing me, and wait until I move. When I come out of the drive-thru he is parked next to grey mini-van. If criminals walk into crowded downtown Chicago banks at high noon, I guess they are senseless enough to breakdown the door at 7:30am, setting off alarms, to a Sugar Grove bank next to a very busy McDonald’s a 100 feet away.

Amazing helpfull staff. These guys are the reason I trust my money to chase. I have been a chase customer before but after spending some time around this branch I feel like I trust them. Keep it going Mary, Mike, Pete, and anyone else I forgot to mention. You guys are awesome. The only branch I go to.

Everybody that works here are friendly and always willing to assist me if I needed help. Pete is awesome and very helpful especially when I was setting up an account. I trust this bank and all the people that work here! I will be staying at this Chase branch for a very long time!

Really friendly bankers and tellers. They know you by name here and never make you feel rushed. Great branch.
