We recently purchased our first home and coming into the process we had very little background knowledge with what to expect throughout the process. Phil made the entire process extremely easy and worry free, which was comforting. From the beginning Phil made sure that we were one hundred percent clear with what was going on and that continued throughout the entire process. We were pleased with how well Phil was able to keep us updated with the progress on the loan and we never felt lost during any part. We were extremely pleased with Phils work and we were glad to have had such a great person on our side during the home buying process.

We were first time home buyers and we desperately needed someone to truly TEACH us how to become home owners. We needed someone to listen to OUR needs and desires. We went to a mortgage talk at the Geneva Public library and listened to a "class" taught by Phil. I decided to give him a call a couple of months later because the lender our realtor had set us up with was getting annoyed with all of my questions. Phil invited us to meet with him to learn about our needs and how we could obtain our goal (a comfortable mortgage payment to us). He spent 2 hours out of his time on a Monday night to make sure we would be comfortable with every part of the process. It didn’t stop there though! He was all over anything we needed. He worked on our papers literally on Thanksgiving Day. He answered my questions morning, noon, night and even weekends. He knows his stuff and he is eager to share his knowledge and skill set. We have both recommended him to our friends and family. If you like someone that is going to be “johnny on the spot” when you need him, that’s Phil. If you want someone that will listen your needs, that’s Phil. If you want a knowledgeable, friendly, hard working guy on your team, you cant go wrong with Phil.

Phil was so great to work with! He helped us get great rates and explained everything in a very easy to understand manner so we could make the decision on what would be best for us. Phil helped us get everything done well in advance so like he said "we could sit back with our feet up & relax because all the hard stuff is done". I would highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a mortgage!
