ISPFCU in Springfield, IL

First class service here and Amanda in the loan dept was fantastic! This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced! We did everything online and over the phone then just picked up the check at the drive up. This credit union is for Law Enforcement and their family. Once again thank you Amanda and ISPFCU!

If I could give a half a star I would. Horrible customer service for having such a targeted audience (police officers). I have been an officer for many years now and this service was similar to that of a low class currency exchange in the most sordid neighborhood you can imagine. I am approved for a credit card and not even two weeks later I am being contacted by an employee they are closing my account and shutting down my credit card for no reason. The women then hangs up the phone on me and will not tell me if I get the $20 I used to open my account refunded back to me. What a joke establishment. Will never do business here and will tell any officers I know where they are advertising to stay away.

I was looking at interest rates and came upon the reviews for ISPFCU. I just want to say that this credit union has given me the time of day when others wouldn't. Every person I have spoken with has been polite and has gone out of their way to help me. I bought a car from CARMAX and ISPFCU made the process simple and secure. CARMAX had their check the very next day and I had my new car!. I ended up getting a checking and savings account and had direct deposit started. No problems and I'm in Elgin and they are in Springfield!!!! thanks again.
