Sat and waited to talk to customer service, second couple in line. Customer service person was laughing and giggling and speaking in polish for over a hlf hour while we waited. We have had other issues with this location not following up on mattets anf losing a opy of a death certicate. We are hear today to hopefully wrap things up for the last time.

I find the tellers are good, but the "banker's" service to be below par. It is not staffed with competent bankers at all times and so multiple trips are sometimes required to get simple things done. Poor follow up as well. Lake zurich and lake in the hills branches are much better. crystal lake branch is also patchy but is clearly better than south barrington. woodstock is generally better as well.
