This place is a joke! Workers be putting you in hold for every single little question you ask them. sometimes when they put you in hold don't even get back to me so I have to call back again ... Customer service sucks

Great finance company gives a second chance to start building your credit doesn't matter what your past history was they will be able to get you finance with no problem really greatfull for the 2nd chance

The guy naned itzamn Adan who left the last positive comment is a sales representative for olè motors in elmhurst/Bensenville. Olè has an exclusive relationship with pronto. I know this because I worked with him on a deal once and immediatley left that shady dealer in seconds. (verify it if you don't believe me). Pronto are as shady as it gets, thank God a dealer was honest with me and told me everything they require- first of all they install a GPS unit into your car without you knowing about it. (privacy concern). miss one payment I'm sure they will come and take it without you even being informed that you missed a payment. They also charge the dealership fees and hold a percentage of there money. All of these financial issues transfer to the customer no matter the situation. You think the dealer is paying for a GPS to be installed? As soon as you become a customer, they will not tell you any Information including balance *which your supposed to know**. They are not qualified bankers- they are nothing but a money hungry, lying, conning, manipulative group of people who take full advantage of people's lives. "CAVEAT EMPTOR"- BUYER BEWARE. Those positive reviews are from there groups own "close friends" and other dealers they work with. please do not work with them. I went out of my way to find out the little scam there pulling and found out all the details from a close friend. I UNDERSTAND GETTING FINANCED IS HARD BUT PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOURSELF BY WORKING WITH THEM.

Very disappointing. Reading all the REAL reviews, now I am understanding what's happening. I am having insurance problem with them now that I am almost paid off. They said they cannot get a hold of me and send me letters and calls. Yeah sure, I have spoken with them in multiple occasions but NEVER anyone said about the insurance until later last year. I think they do it on purpose so their insurance partner gets their share of the loot too. I asked for the supposedly letter that they sent me still no reply. Texts and Voicemails they do in Spanish inspite of how many times I told them that I don't speak Spanish. So when I call back I presume they are talking about my payments. Now I owe $650 more for their insurance partner. Nice job! Need to be in the news so people can be aware of what's going on. Very disappointing.
