Not just false advertising, callous and rude. Priced a Mazda on their own site, their own listed "Final Price" . I called twice to make certain the car was in stock and verified the price, then told them I'd make the two hour drive and buy the car for my wife with no haggling on their publicly advertised price. When we went to buy the car they told us we would have to add a $1500 fee ( above and beyond taxes, title , license transfer and doc fees) because they had to "certify" the car before it left the lot. When I pointed out that we didn't want "certification" (the car had less than 3000 miles and was under manufacturers warranty) and that absolutely nothing on their website mentioned any extra fees and actually prominently featured FINAL PRICE, the anonymous man claiming to be the manager laughed and said "we're not responsible for what's on our website, we've been in business for 30 years, you can take the certification and pay for it or I'm done talking to you." I asked him why none of the salespeople mentioned this add-on fee and let us drive a total of four hours based on the published price that was mentioned time and again, he said, "they're just salesmen, they have no authority to talk price." We left with my wife in tears. I've since checked with the Better Business Bureau and found an identical complaint situation and numerous similar price switch complaints on other review sites. Please research these people before you waste your time. I didn't, because I never thought I'd have trouble paying someone what they were asking for their product. That's how bad these people are.

Salesman, Marty, is a Rock Star! Best experience EVER in buying a used car. All the staff there were super friendly and professional. I had been to a lot of dealerships and Left....So happy with my new car and thrilled that Marty made it such a great experience.

We bought a used 2011 Toyota Prius from Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda in January of 2017. Staff were courteous and our sales woman Kate was great. We had done our homework in advance, so we knew what to expect and how good the deal was (really good), but she also did some quick on the spot research comparing our vehicle to similar ones in the region in terms of miles and cost. She gave us plenty of space to discuss our options and make decisions privately about the offers we were given. We did note that shortly after we sat down and asked about the specific vehicle, a gentleman came over to ask if we were "Andrew", because "Andrew" was supposedly interested in the same car. It took us about two hours to make the purchase, and no "Andrew" ever showed up to our knowledge, and we were sitting by the door most of the time. Seems like it was a sales ploy from the manager to make us feel pressured to purchase before someone else got the deal. Our sales person was great. We are pleased with the vehicle since we bought it. We felt we were treated with respect by most of the staff throughout the process. As we were completing our final paperwork, the gentleman assigned to us made some inappropriate remarks about immigrants. If someone had made those remarks before we had signed 90% of the papers, we would have left. As it was, we told him those remarks were not welcome with us and everything continued smoothly from there.

My experience with purchasing my car at a Mazda dealer was by far the best ever. I dealt with their sales rep Kate and from the first day we met she was so pleasant to be around. She was extremely helpful, honest, and a great personality. I can't thank her enough for helping me find the perfect car and for staying past closing hours. I am extremely happy with the service I received and the vehicle I purchased. Thanks again to the Mazda team you guys are great and I will definitely be returning with my future purposes. Strongly recommend asking for Kate!!!
