Consumers Credit Union in Schaumburg, IL

I've been with PCU for 8 years, Since the switch to consumers credit, this bank is HORRIBLE. if I can give it a -10 as a rating I would. Definitely going to another bank.

Ever since Premier credit union merged with consumers credit union I've had to pay nothing but ridiculous fees that I didn't have a problem with when I was with Premier credit union . I am very disappointed it's a very disappointing experience

This place sucks ass since they changed from Premier CU. They outsourced the customer service to India. Went downhill since it changed hands.

I was a member of Premier credit union, I wrote a letter when I joined Premier complimenting the Manager at the Schaumburg location as well as the tellers. Ever since Consumers Credit Union merge, the new Management at Schaumburg and Alex (Teller), I have closed my VISA, checking and paid off my car note. In other words, closed my 3 accounts. Terrible terrible customer service, bad attitude by manager and teller. so bad, the two tellers working with Alex apologized for my experience. Never again. Put your money under your mattress , you'll get better service.

Very poor service. The do not pay attention to what they are doing. they have more than once, put my deposit that is MARKED for checking... into my Health Savings Account, not checking as I indicated on deposit slip! Now I have to FIX the incorrect deposit. And because it's with an HSA it takes an agent from CU to get fixed due to IRS reporting. Very Disappointed.
