Great service - treat members like family. If you have good credit they have great rates on auto loans, etc. They pay you back just for having a checking account. And you earn pretty good interest on checking alone.

These great reviews are of predecessor MECU. That was 5 stars, this is not. Looooong wait for emails and telephone to be answered, very few shared services branches, fewer, cheaper and overpriced Scorecard rewards, snotty reps, quite unlike the old family feeling of mutual respect and valuing. Seem more interested in NEW customers than old, loyal ones that have been members over 20 years. The last tie is my credit card. If they mess with that, it is over. Members of CUs are owners, yet no one consulted us about opening up membership they are too short staffed to serve, nor whether we wanted our name turned into something to be ashamed of; sound like a pair of sneakers. I will come back after a year and re-review.

Andigo, like the great Motorola, has fallen far from the way it used to be, when people mattered. I have been a member of MECU for 22 years. I have had multiple loans and had thought I was in good standing. Recently, I asked for a new loan, in a small amount for a reasonable time so the payments would be low. My intention was to pay it back quickly but only when I had some extra cash. The website says "24 hr reply", well, 48 hrs later, nothing. So, I called and the "loan officer" said it was not yet processed and suggested I take a different loan at a much higher interest rate. My loan was eventually approved but not for the length I had asked for. When I complained, the lending sales manager called to apologize but NEVER OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I told them to cancel my loan request and I will close this account when my current loan is paid off. So sad about MECU and Motorola, sorry to see such great institutions fall so low.

Love Andigo! My husband and I have been members with Motorola Employee Credit Union and then with Andigo for the last 20 years. Amazing customer service and they give back money to it's members since they are a non-profit, you don't get that at a bank!

Andigo previously known as Motorola Employees Credit Union (MECU) is a great banking partner. They consider the members as partners and will pay them owner participation dividend.. meaning any profit they make will be distributed among the members. I got mine last April (2016). They don't charge you for check's unlike many other mainstream banks. Overall it's a great service and i am really happy with Andigo !!
