They are horrible! My car was hit and geico waa going to pay 70% of the car and give me the car if this company allowed it. NAC said they were going to take the car and make me pay double interest if I didn't pay the rest by the weekend. Even Geico said wow they are really bad people.

Do not use their services. Very bad customer service, the people I have spoken to are very unprofessional and if they do not feel like talking they just hang up. They do not work with you at all and threaten/harass you by making up lies by saying illegal things. They talk to you as if you do not know the laws and they will harass you over the phone. Good luck if you use them, it is not a good company to do business with.

I really wish I didn't have to give them any stars at all. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are all so rude. I just sat on the phone on hold for 10 minutes, just to get hung up on. They call you day in and day out and harass you. They call your job threatening to garnish your wages. I will NEVER EVER go through this loan company again. I cannot wait until the car is paid off so I do not have to deal with them ever again. DO NOT EVER GO THROUGH THIS LOAN COMPANY!

Really bad service and people I paid off my car since July and they said they sent my tittle and i NEVER received it call them and they get offended never trust them very disappointed giving my money to this stupid people

I literally just got off of the phone with this company trying to make payment arrangement. Notate that I called THEM! They didnt call me. The person that I talked to was BEYOND rude, demanding a payment, calling me a liar, telling me when I got paid that I didnt pay them. MY feelings are crushed. I wish that I can sue this company. Ive never dealt with a company that doesnt work with you and have never been talked to the way that i was talked to. I demand respect so the only way your going to get a payment from me is by trying your best because I will NEVER call them again and I dont recommend nobody in the ENTIRE world to go to them. If you fall behind in payments, they make your life a living HELL. They call your job, they call your references and they blow your phone down. Just pure harassment. I will be getting me a lawyer, I only care because my missed payment affected my credit score but PLEASE i repeat PLEASE never go to them. I hung up in his face. I have no stars for this company. NONE! Only the one u required to give and thats a lie!
