Not greeted properly when walking in the building and costomer sevice is poor for employees that have been there for a long while. NEEDS MORE SMILES ON THERE FACES! IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE FOR COSTOMERS!!

Drive thru supposed to be open at 8:00 am according to website. After 8:00 and no lights on, very unprofessional.

It is awful at this bank. The cards they give you are cheap as hell. And then when you need a new card but you yourself moved and need it sent to your address they tell you it will take 3 weeks. So now my mom has to send it to me once it is sent to her. So she has to pay the money to mail it to me now. The guy I spoke with on the phone barley spoke any English and I could barley understand him. I'm so done using this bank they have awful customer service. I wish I could give them a 0 star.
