This branch has the absolute WORST service in the world. On more than one occasion they have lost a check I or my wife had cashed and then called us by phone requesting that we come back in to write a replacement IMMEDIATELY! They often short change you at the drive through or give you the transaction of the car next to you. Drive through takes a minimum of 20 minutes no matter what you are doing. 45 minutes to cash a check is not uncommon. It takes five minutes for them just to answer a teller call. If you are sitting in the drive through waiting for service and closing time passes, they will close the bank and leave you there unattended. Then when you press teller call, they will tell you that the bank is closed and they cannot help you. Seriously! Also, they always close ten minutes early. Inside service is no better. AVOID AVOID AVOID! We have called and complained numerous times and nothing ever gets done! The Manager should be tarred, feathered, and run out of town!

Every time I go to this bank, I walk away with more issues. None of the employees there seem to have any customer service skills, I walked up to a teller, a young lady who had no idea how to do basic math, today. The manager was worse, some of them need to learn to speak better just in general to get points across, what is with the customer service industry lately? I gave her a check and let her know what I needed, she had to ask 4 more times. Is there no training done anymore where younger people are taught the process. Very happy I closed my account there today.
