I would give this place no stars but does not give me that choice.... I called 3 times to confirm that the car was inquiring about was there and they said it was I was coming from 2 hours away so just didn't want to waste my time nor my brothers so due to traffic I was 45 minutes late ... they called me to make sure I was still coming that they will have the car ready when I get there... well I get there to wait 25 mins to be told the car was sold the night before and that they have a blue one with more miles and more money I ask if they can match the price to the one that was sold which was only 1400 more he said no they price them to sell ... basically bait and switch then he said he will sell me a new one for thousands less then the sticker after an hour of talking about how the new car he will save me finally came back with a price 3000 over sticker exhausted and frustrated I left and they have the nerve to call me and say ok we'll sell the used one to me for the price of the original car I came to see ... 35 mins after I left back home never ever go there wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies hidden fees and the bait and switch moves worst ever

I am extremely pleased with my new Kia Optima, and my purchase experience with Advantage Kia Palatine was perfect from start to finish. Blake Leach was my salesman and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through my first car buying experience. Blake is personable, no pushy fast talk, very knowledgeable, professional, and worked to make this very comfortable, quick and easy. I give him my highest recommendations. I also want to acknowledge the great job the rest of the staff did. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and focused, which was reassuring. I have been looking for a new vehicle and being a first time buyer from a dealer I was skeptical. They all made the completion of required paperwork a painless and easy experience. They were all prepared and highly knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the whole team, including those I met and those who assisted me at different points in the process. My experience there was terrible I went there on Monday. I dealt with a sales guy named Ack not Hack. Right there you know that is not going good first impressions go a long way. The sales guy was rude and ignorant. He kept rolling his eyes at me and not acting like he cared. Terrible customer service don't go there and the sales manager is the same talked a lot of BS about a trade in that he was going to give me top dollar which he did not even look at it. He just wanted to force a car on me that day. Terrible experience all around don't go there. Stick with Toyota or Honda folks.

After being in the market for a new vehicle for nearly a month after our car was totaled, we ended up here after seeing a car online. We went to check it out and despite my initial feelings about the vehicle, we were sold. Our salesman; Ray Silvey, helped us out with everything. Him and the management made every effort to get us approved with less than perfect credit and did so under a pretty tight time constraint (my wife had to go to work). Ray himself was a pleasure to talk to and was refreshingly human. Most car salesman are so sharky you have to have a blinding guard up, but not Ray. He's a good dude legitimately willing to help you out with your needs. We drove out of there with a used Soul and it's a surprisingly fun vehicle. We have a new baby and it's the perfect crossover of size and utility for us. Thanks team.
