Being from Saint Louis this is that closet location and a great one at that. The staff is courteous and they are always willing to help no matter the situation. I appreciate Navy Federals commitment to its members.

Very poor customer service. I was given wrong information on a refinance. Then customer service was like oh well, then don't close. Now I'm being told that I cannot call directly into a branch location. I have to physically go in to the branch to ask a question. That may or may not be the answer I'm looking for. Seriously, amateur hour as far as banks go.

I love my branch an their customer service skills an communication is great. I also got my husband to become a member to take advantage of the great experience I've received as well as their opportunity's for there valued customers. Keep up the great work guys. It's greatly appreciated and needed when dealing with and in the banking industry's. There's no fear with Navy Federal holding and dealing with your money. Trustworthy is a major key.

Every time I go into this Credit Union the reps are courteous and cheerful always brighten my day. Best Customer Service from not only a Bank but anywhere.
