Services was really quick and easy, customer service was excellent, brought in a couple Items for a loan to pay off a bill and it was such an easy and quick process I was out the door in 10min, highly recommended!

Professional, friendly, and very helpful. Top notch when compared to other pawn shops in the area. Other shops gave me the worst offers on expensive jewelry and electronics. But RJ Jewelry & Loan were always honest and gave me the best value. This is my second time doing business with this establishment and definitely not my last. I would highly recommend them!

For someone who has never taken a loan out for jewelry, this was a BAD experience. The bald old guy that was there was so rude. Started yelling at me when I told him I had not done this before. I'm in customer service. I would never treat our customers the way he treated me. Unacceptable!!!!
