Worst customer service ever...promised for 2 business days to give me an answer, and won't even call me back. My credit is A+ so I know that's not this issue! They say that the "loan their own money" but I find that hard to believe. Seems like another loan broker/high interest rate scam :(

Don't waste your time. never return phone calls, new businesses go elsewhere. Said I only needed 7k down and never called back......So i will take my 30k I set aside and take it elsewhere.

I have never experienced such shoddy customer service in my life. My husband and I were working with Don Seeley to figure out bottom line down payment on a truck. We have over 50% to put down. We received no call backs for 3 weeks, despite calling Don's cell phone, receptionist, direct office line and leaving messages. We finally decided to try to get in touch with someone else at the company. When this person looked into the matter, she found that, according to Don's notes, he supposedly called us 2.5 weeks prior to tell us we were turned down at a lower amount down(he did not call either of us). She took over our application and resubmitted at over 50% down. Their 'finance' dept and then the owner turned it down with no explanation. We have been dealing with these people for over a month. We wish we would have known sooner what a run around they would give us, but we are happy to take our money elsewhere. If you attempt to take your business to this company, be prepared for horrible service, lots of run arounds, wasting your time and a high probability of being turned away with no explanation. This company was able to accomplish our goals in securing a trailer in a timely manner and we are thankful for that. The rate was not as low as i would have wanted and the terms were not terrible. We acknowledge that was the first loan for the business and what comes with those conditions. We look forward to doing business in the future and would recommend your services to another company with no negative references. Thank you again.
