TCF Bank in North Riverside, IL

Never again will I open nor recommend someone to bank with them... They make u feel like your doing something wrong... Who doesn't know if you use ur card on the weekend ur transactions don't clear till the start of the business week....REALLY I THOUGHT I WAS A SURPRISE... HOW are they going to tell me if I use my card on the weekend nd I have a $100 in my account and I put $50 in gas....that if I check my account it will still say $100.... WRONG...WRONG...WRONG....when u go on ur mobile app and you have $100 and you put $50 in gas...guess what it shows up on the account!!! It tells u were you put gas and how much was it was...SO THAT MEANS I HAVE $50 LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT.... BUT I'M A LIER I DON'T KNOW WATER I'M TALKING ABOUT... I'M SURE THE CEO ND EVERYBODY ELSE DON'T BANK WITH TCF... I'M SURE THERE WITH ANOTHER BANK..... "PENDING" TRANS ACTIONS from a week ago when I had money in there AND IT CLEARED... THEY POST IT WHEN THERE NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT TO GET OVER DRAFT FEES... CALLED TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP 2X ND SHE GONNA TELL ME THERES NOBODY ELSE ABOVE HER ND SHE'S "MANAGER"...REALLY CUZ THERE PEOPLE ON TOP OF PPL TO TALK TO.... HOW ARE U GONNA TELL ME U DON'T HAVE A BOSS...SO YOUR THE CEO.OF THE BANK...SINCE NO ONE ELSE IS ABOVE U!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL LISTEN TO SOMEONE WHEN THEY SAY TO BANK WITH TCF BANK!! ALL LIES ND ALL JOKES.... "PENDING" TRANS ACTIONS FROM 2 WKS AGO SHOW UP OUT OF NO WHERE WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY CLEARED!!! BUT YET AGAIN! THEREZ NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! SO THANX TCF BANK WHILE THE BIG GUYZ WHO BANK WITH OTHER BANKS CUZ THEY KNOW THERE OWN BANK THERE WORK FOR IS FULL OF SHIT!!!!!!!

Horrible bank service. Went in to make a simple wire transfer that ended up taking three weeks. Employees are not knowledgeable of protocols and are very rude. Kept mentioning how it was my fault. Gave me A LOT of attitude and had to go back 3 times. Went to a different location and FINALLY got helped. I suggest making the trip to a different location. Clearly this bank location is not trained well.

Horrible service my card went negative without me even using it and I've had the card for 2 years and its never even been able to go negative it just declines and the lady said "well they just didn't explain to you correctly" like wtf so you just admitted one of your employees doesn't know how to do their job

One Lady here always have an attitude, Have to correct me for a simple error in a deposit slip that I knew I did but did not bother changing coz they will correct it for you anyways. No thank you, anything else I can help you with, Would you like to see you balance, just hand you the receipt like you're wasting Her precious time. Everybody else is Fine.
