***Just a before hand note - The following problem cost me about 60 +/- points on my credit score! And none of these jerks will help me fix the problem. I was about to apply for a new credit card, but because of GLCU IDIOTS, I would not have qualified for a decent rate. I was above 700 and they &^*^&^% it up for me!!! I put my check in a provided GLCU envelope then into the security slot. Okay, I paid my visa card bill things are good. WRONG!!!!! I get my next month statement. LATE!!! OVERDUE!!! OVERDRAWN!!!!!! EXCUSE ME?????? I DON"T THINK SO!!!! Me and my husband had to waste time and gas to drive there talk to a representative who judementally rolled her eyes at us. Oh, yeah sure you paid your bill on time, of course everyone does! And even if it were fixed, the worthless eye roller said it will take a month to fix the problem. Complete BS! Credit is just a racket!!! We drove home, hubby pulled up our REAL checking account at a REAL bank. Printed the cancelled check from the day we deposited it and he went back. She was shocked that he came back the same day. Her pathetic reply, "Oh, it was mistakenly applied to a different account. NO SORRY, NO APOLOGY WHAT SO EVER!!!!!! I am cancelling ALL my accounts with them and going to a real bank. I can't pay the visa online with my other bills. I have to transfer money into my savings account with GLCU, then call and tell them I need to transfer money from the savings with them to pay my visa. Oh, there will be a charge for that. NO THERE WON'T it's coming from the same bank! Oh, yeah sorry, there won't be a charge. Or I have to drive and pay it in person. I am so done with these rude, inconsiderate morons!!!!! I want a negative system - they don't deserve a point of a star!!!

GLCU does not automatically drop your name off accounts opened for your children when they become adults nor do the tell you that....instead they penalize you by freezing your accounts, freezing overdraft, holding and remove money from your accounts, without noitification if your adult child that no longer resides at your address makes an error on their account. They tell you that your account will continue to suffer and your name will not be removed until your adult child takes care of their finances. GLCU never informed me that my funds will be place on hold or removed from my account. No call at home/cell, no email, no text...GLCU STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!!! causing your account to overdraft, ruin your credit and putting you in debt. It's a Shame and a Travesty that this can be done to a 20+ year GLCU Account Holder. We live in a world of technology but intead of them using ot to Communicate GLCU does the opposite by betrying the "TRUST" of their bankers. DAMN SHAME!!!!!!!
