I had a couple of Coach purses that I wasn't using so I brought them to Naperville Pawn to see if I couldn't get a few dollars for them. Not only did they give me a great price for my bags, but I now realize they are the most honest guys around! In one of the bags, I left some money in the pocket. A few days later, they contacted me and informed me. I couldn't believe it! I just know, anywhere else, they would have kept the money and I would have never have known about it. Great guys to work with and very ethical. Highly recommend them. Thanks Naperville Pawn!

I've bought and sold several items over the past five years with Greg and Tom and have been treated VERY fairly. I feel totally comfortable recommending them. The inventory keeps changing as they buy and sell so its a fun place to stop in and see what's new and say Hi as well.

We stopped at Naperville Jewelry and Loan for our first quote on some sterling silver. Gregg and his partner were very knowledgeable about all kinds of collectables and very willing to share that information. They told us the true value of our silver and said they would work with us on the price. We went to two other stores, neither of which had the friendly atmosphere and both gave us very low offers. We were happy to go back to Gregg, who gave us a much better price. We will not waste time going anywhere else to sell any other valuables. They completely reset my impression of a pawn shop!
