Hawthorne was the worst CU, We hoped that GLCU would bring some service to this lost cause. Some things did, but compare its services and its below market. CC disputes are only 60 days then your ripped off. Hours are short, no long weekday hours. ATMs are super limited and when they are out of order next one is too far then you got the ATM fee..

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST credit union EVER. 60+ days to resolve an issue that should take no more than 24 hours. Back to Chase with all of my financing needs again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the CFPB.

Not a great experience with one of the loan managers who never even took the time to respond to my e-mails, and provide us with a very important tax document we asked for. Bad customer service no doubt!
