Very helpful and efficient personnel, especially Lilly who was so understanding of the situation that caused me to bring in my items. She didn't have to listen or care about why I came there, but she went above and beyond to show compassion for my circumstance, something lacking in this world. She gave me top dollar for my items, explaining why it was the amount that it was, plus gave me helpful hints to survive and make it through my rough time. The experience there was a blessing! Awesome place, our old TV broke and we wanted to get a new one. These guys are welcoming, store is very clean and nicely organized, and they give you a 5 day warranty (which we won't be needing since our new TV works excellent). Also, bring lots of CASH as they will give you a much better price if you pay cash. Their prices are way better and actually cheaper than if you were to buy off of Craigslist or Offerup.

Lily did a fantastic job at assisting me with all of my needs regarding my items. The customer service was outstanding and I look forward to doing business with them again! They had such a wide range of items for sale and a nice location!
