South Division Credit Union in Midlothian, IL

As a Shared Branch user, I am continually treated like a second class citizen whenever I use this location to do my banking. Because I'm a Shared Branch user, many services that members of SDCU can take advantage of (coin counting, night deposits, etc) are unavailable to me - services that you would think would be open to any user. Their poorly designed website, as well as materials posted at the branch make no mention of this inconvenience to us Shared Branch users. When the software that handles Shared Branch transactions went down prior to the close of business one day, none of the employees were willing to hold my check to be processed at the start of business the next day - again, because I was a Shared Branch user. Regardless of the rationale SDCU may have to deny these and other basic services for Shared Branch users, the fact remains that this activity severely undermines the core purpose of Shared Branching. I should be able to bank with my credit union just as easily as I could with any Wall Street bank with a national presence, no matter where in the United States I am.

Unprofessional, Lack Common Courtesy, Unfriendly, and low hygiene staff. This place needs a new management staff who acknowledges their customers. I will never come back until they have change management

Some staff are courteous and some are not. I am a share branch member so I visit this branch roughly twice a month. There are several services not available to share branch members but overall they are decent.
