I just set this account up a couple days and I am already considering closing it. I set the account up at the branch. I downloaded the app on my Iphone and set up all security numbers, questions and passwords. Now every time I try to go into the app to get my account information it asks me all the same questions. I have to go through 5 tiers of security just to check my balance every single time i go into the app. Seriously, it pissing me off!!

I have been with this bank for over 3 years now. I am always greeted when I walk in. All staff are courteous and very helpful when setting up accounts and handling any questions.
