Have a account here for 5 plus yrs. There was a transaction I want to dispute and was told they won't file the dispute because I signed a contract with the merchant ( Peak Fitness). I explained to them I have not signed a contract with the merchant (Peak Fitness) So I guss my 5 plus yrs banking with them don't mean anything anymore. So I am going in this morning close business and personal account for I went to a different bank. Och now that's got to hurt for them.

Not real happy with Heritage credit union. I pd my $6000 plus loan in 5 months. I didn't receive my title so I called and was told that I still owed 9.26 because I didn't get it paid by the first I paid it off the 3rd of Nov. Something about that money guarantee they would get there 9.26 and it keeps going. If I don't pay it by the 17th of Nov they will add more money to my loan. I feel this is a rip off I will get it pd 11-15 . I bet I will never take another loan out with them ever again. This is very sad to do this to a great customer, I guess 9 dollars means more to Heritage instead a great customer that would keep coming back..
