The staff here are SO RUDE!! Went in looking to sell some gold jewelry I had and walked out before I even got an offer. Not sure how many fake accounts the owner created to write those "friendly staff" reviews but if you want to go somewhere your business is appreciated, DON'T GO HERE!!

I highly recommend you find one of the many other pawn or loan shops in the south suburbs, as this one does not care about its customers or potential customers. They are only interested in catering to a very narrow (and narrow-minded) segment, and have no problem treating everyone else awfully. Basically, this is a very un-Christian business, and your odds of being treated like a valued customer are slim.

Rude and crude,this guy seems like the kind of person that will steal you blind, and heaven for bid you walk in with a coffee in your hand without him saying something derogatory to you. there are better pawnshops downtown Joliet.
