This is an absolute horrible lender for anyone to get their home loan financed through. This bank was so unprofessional to myself and to my loan officer. I couldn't get through to anyone anytime I called and when it was time for my loan to close, they were HOURS late on getting my closing documents to the title company. I inquired about the delay in my closing documents and I was informed that the documents were coming from their corporate office based in California. This would be fine if they actually coordinated the time and place that my closing was to take place. They have a "Regional Manager" that sounded as if he barely knew anything about his profession, and underwriters who ask for everything just shy of a blood test. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and would recommend that if you are getting a home loan, to ask what lender your loan officer is sending your application to. You have a right to know and try to avoid this horrible lender.

I agree with Misty, the other reviewer. Stay FAR away from this mortgage company. They will literally ask for everything short of a blood test or your first born child. I'm not sure why my mortgage broker decided to switch to PRMG part way through the process, but they are AWFUL. I cannot express enough how angry I am at this mortgage group and will most likely be contacting an FHA lawyer regarding discrimination. The underwriter from PRMG had so many conditions to start out, and once those conditions were satisfied, they would ask for a bunch of new conditions and stipulations. Finally, after providing and RE-providing bank statements, tax documents, signed letters from family and friends, they even wanted a letter signed by my tax accountant, it came down to them wanting me to open up a separate checking account to deposit my income because they apparently couldn't distinguish between the "gift funds" that my mother gifted me, and my income, vs. what I spent to live in daily life and pay my bills. Turn around times are SUPER slow. I was supposed to close on a townhouse on October 14th, 2016, and here we are 3 weeks later with a condition that, according to FHA regulations can be satisfied, but the underwriter wants me to open up a completely separate checking account aside from my current personal checking. Sellers won't wait. It's now a dead deal. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I am a woman, and a single parent working a full-time and a part-time job, and I work my buns off for every dollar I earn and saved my butt off, only for it all to go to waste. I did absolutely everything I was supposed to do. I had plenty of money in my account for down payment funds and then some. I have complied with every single request that has been made, and provided all documentation and funds, no matter how unnecessary or absurd the request may have been, and they just keep coming back with different conditions. Do not use this mortgage lender! RUN!
