World Finance Corporation in Kankakee, IL

So i got my taxes done this year and the promised the 3-5 business day return. Well here it is about 6 days later and they are telling me their bank didn't get approved by the IRS for the RAL, and they are JUST now finding this out. I find it very hard to believe and I fee like I have been lied to.

I had applied 2 days ago for a little assistance, not because I want some extra money but because I need it to purchase groceries. I had to call them to find out that my application has been denied. I am happy that I went to PLS in Country Club Hills to receive there awesome customer service and professionalism. World Financial was not apologetic for not notifying me at all. The rep Brook was arrogant when I asked why am I just now finding this out 2 days later when I was expecting a call from her 2 days ago. Don't use there services please get your business taken care of elsewhere.
