They suffer from bad customer service and inconsistent check cashing policy. On top of this, PNC is full of hidden fees, and they don't even notify you when taking money out of your account for fees. I quickly switched banks.

The customer service is not what it once was. They also have eliminated free checking without warning.

Your teller deposited my money into the wrong account!! I should have just gone to the atm and done if my self correctly. Train your tellers please cause I don't appreciate this, since you take forever to have your deposits go threw. Cant wait to leave this horrible bank.
