Good bank for security bad about customer service to be honest very short to the point and emotionless half the time and it comes across as rude

I'm a longtime customer. Good bank, good people, great hours on the upside. Lots of fees on the downside.

Doesn't care about their customers. Customer service is crap. Needed some cash from a large check deposit on several occasions and they've refused, insisting on holding the full amount for seven business days even though all were business checks, one even a cashier's check. Also the manager lied to me about putting a hold on the funds from a check I deposited, claiming the "home office" did it, when in fact she did it herself. She also refused to try to verify the check even after I gave her the information needed to do so. I will be closing my account as soon as all my transactions clear.
