Very unenjoyable experience. I spoke with Jeanette about getting a replacement debit card, which seemed like a simple ordeal however made it very complicated. First she continuously questioned my identity even after I showed her my passport, as well as two other forms of identification per her request. She never seemed to believe the story I was telling, and never clearly explained the complications that she had in issuing me a new debit card. All in all, she seemed very hesitant to assist me in what I came there for, and was very terse throughout the whole process. I did not end up getting a replacement card. I'd recommend going to a different branch.
