I think it is ridiculous that NO ONE picks up the phone DURING BUSINESS HOURS, even when I call MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!! This has happened to me on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!!!! Get your act together!!!!!

Why does this bank have phones if they don't answer them?! Also their customer service isn't really all that at all:m. Even though there is a man that is always helpful there.

The bank hardly ever answers phone. They have made clerical errors. Stay away.
