Bought a X-Box 360 for my lil ones and they loved it.

the new assistant is an older lady with glasses....she is horrible snotty and she has no people skills...i give 1 star to remind me never to get in her line...

I love the store nice prices friendly helpful staff but new manager keep harassing me every time I go there seeing that I've been going there since before he was the new manager he has a stick up his ass because he tried to beat me out of summer merchandise (was trying to under sale me and I told the previous management and she corrected it now he's the manager I'm going to have to find another place to go until he's either fired or corrected. He's the chunky short Hispanic guy watch out he will get you if you let him smh over 5+yrs with this store have ever referred alottt of new business to this store but.....

They pay for their reviews. They are snobby and they do serious low balling and barely check out the product. I took my diamond ring to get a loan and they verified that the gold was real, along with the diamonds and told me that they could only loan me 100 because they would sell it for 200. They don't sell diamonds anywhere for 200. They have no idea of value. One star for making me never forget how horrible they do business.

One star is being generous for this shop. They offer practically nothing for gold. Don't waste your time with these rude people. Bring your gold to Kulas in Joliet. It is a reputable family owned business and they are pleasant to deal with and more than fair.
