Everything went smoothly initially with Bob. Platinum Home Mortgage gave him a pre-approval. Right towards completion of the home, Platinum Mortgage ended up denying Bob Vogel his FHA Back To Work mortgage loan. Bob was frantic and could not believe what just had happened. Bob Vogel called me back and told me that he just got denied by Platinum Home Mortgage and he needed my help in getting his FHA Loan approved.
