Auto Villa in Fox Lake, IL

It was one of the worse experiences I've ever had in my life. Go up there , they say I was approved for $500.00 down then it jumps up to $1800.00 in 5 minutes. One of the sales men approached me in my father with Vodka lingering off his breath. They don't have it together up there. Then another sales men spoke up and told me he had to do coke all night just to stay up. I've had several of my people come there . They all walked out with nothing. They try to cram a vehicle that you don't want down your throat. We have all taken this to Chanel 7 news. I wouldn't recommend buying from these people.

Buying a car from these CROOKS was the worst experience ever!!! There are a ton of car dealerships out there, whatever you do DO NOT BUY FROM these SCAMMERS!!!! CROOKS COKEHEADS & Alcoholics

They deserve 0 stars. Scambags, garbage ppl working there. I read the bad reviews earlier today, but I didn't care that much. But then when I got there I knew why this place has very bad reviews and I told them that "now I know why ppl say u r just bullshit". They r just unbelievable. Just do not even think to go or contact them. Everything they say is a lie.

This place is a Joke! If you are looking to get ripped off this is the place to go. Let me start here I bout two vehicles CASH MONEY and the warranties for the vehicles the we claimed to be THAT DAY warrantys! Drove my truck and not even 2 thousand miles later my Engine is Blown. So I take my truck in the shop to get fixed because I was told by the sales man and warranty people the engine was covered. NOPE NOTHING BUT BULLSHIT!!!! Warranty or the Dealer doesn't want to do anything for me. I paid 21000 Cash and another 5000 on warranty and have no Truck to dive and the Bulls hit dealer doesn't want to do anything for me. I did contact the BBB and now it's in my Lawyers Hands. 26000 Later and I'm stuck walking!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET ASS FUCKED THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!!!! Today is 1-10-17 adding to my review still haven't received my plates for my cars today I ended up getting a ticket because these people can't get there stuff right I called them today talked to TONY and first of all he wasn't helpful and tried to control me in the conversation what happen to the customer comes first no matter what we'll that's no the case to these guys here I told them what happen they said my plates are at the dealership almost 2hrs from me now remember I'm down to 1 car because the other 1 i bought the engine blew up so now this is can't drive the only 1 i have left they wouldn't let one of there porters drive the plates to me because I yelled at them I think I have every right to be yelling it don't take over 90 days to get plates so now I can't drive the only working car i got because they don't care about there customers they could've been extra nice and try to help us out after being screwed over but they said they will mail the plates out who knows how long that will take and now I gotta miss work and lose money and pay a ticket because of these people it's not right and they shouldn't be in business at all!!!!

They gave me a great price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was able to finance 100% through my credit union and three years later nothing but routine maintenance. It was smooth, quick and easy. Nice guys there!
