The tellers are friendly and informative. The personal bankers are helpful. They're not as pushy as other banks I've dealt with when trying to sell you things you don't need. I had an issue with my debit card pin number and they were prompt in helping me resolve it. Also, they have chocolate chip cookies and coffee! :-)

The people there are really nice, but I wish it was made known that they're closing time was going to be off by an hour. They usually close at 1pm, based off of last Saturday, and when I went today they where closed by noon. I know it wasn't really their fault because they wouldn't be able to really contact people saying "Heads up! New Hours!" but I also didn't think to check their times cause it has always been the same. It was just an inconvenience.
