I came into the dealership today after visiting a few others and being turned down I was very discouraged but Chris did everything he could to get me driving in the car of my choice, he did a great job btw. I love my knew car and I feel confident that I have a safe and reliable vehicle

I am buying my 3rd car here. I love this place. I always get what I want. Give this place an A plus. If I can say one things is that I keep coming back. This place has helped save my credit. They don't run it against a bunch of companies and hurt your credit score. The selection has always fit my needs even when my credit was terrible. They have auto draft options to make sure I've never missed a payment but it's not mandatory. I can't say enough about this place. And Chris is a stand up guy he'lol literally work on his time off to get you what you asked for. Will never force ya to drive one car. It's all your choice. If the car has any problems he will have it fixed for you that same day on the spot before u even drive off the lot.

Visited here last week and found a good selection for my price range. Not sure where these people are coming from but Chris was direct and honest with me. High interest rates come from bad credit. I have done business with Chris before and he followed up on my inquiries, delivered the car I bought and responded when I had I minor issue with the car. Of the many used car dealers in the area, I have recommended c cars to others in my family.

Wish I could rate this place a negative 10. Chris, the manager, made me drive all the way from Wisconsin (4 hrs away) just so he could lie to me. He gave me a cheaper price over the phone, then when I got there, he took advantage and increased the price by $1000. He then lied about the mileage of the vehicle. He has posted up with 132000 miles when it actually has 180,000. He rolled back the mileage, lied to me, and also denied everything that was wrong with the vehicle. It had suspension issues that very noticeable. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. DO NOT buy. It might sound like a good deal, but ITS NOT. DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, DOUBLE DEALING PEOPLE.

hands down the worst dealer and car buying experience ever experience. my dad purchased a car from here week of christmas cash for 17k, they promised everything is perfect in the car and doesn't need anything and if it needs anything to bring it back, not even 2 days later the check engine light goes on and it's a blown catalyst converter. Ther mercedes dealer said that the light was reset by someone so that means while this car was at the dealer, the light had been reset. The GM and the saleperson would only play around with my dad who doesn't speak english very well keep telling him to come next day and they'll contact him next day to help him find a catalyst converter. To make story short, they refused to pay for the catalyst and only told him they would help him find a catalyst converter and NOT fix it. I'm heard 2 stories about them from 2 different people as well, STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! They have good deals because they know their is things wrong with their cars, don't be fooled!!!
