Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Elgin, IL

This is the most horrible Fifth Third Branch EVER!!! There never a banker to see, the customer service are rude, & rush you to talk. I'm so unsatisfied with this branch I drive 3-5 minutes away to another branch. I must say that the drive-thru is great... Vanessa is very pleasing & looks in the customer eyes' she amazing!! If I'm not doing drive thru I drive over to Highland & get the respect I need & deserve.

I am a customer/banker with the Larkin branch and there service it top notch. They go above and beyond to assist their customers. I would highly recommend going to this branch to open an account. L. Gaddy

This place has The worst tellers i seen, They think They're better than The customer.

I use this location for all my banking needs for my freelance work. Every time I go inside or through the drive-up, the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They always go above and beyond my needs and make me feel like an important customer. Ingrid was the associate who helped me open my accounts, and she was so patient and kind and personal during the whole process. I've been very pleased with 5th 3rd in general and this location in particular, and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a local banking experience that leaves you feeling like a welcomed patron and a valued customer.
