Unprofessional and took forever to get anything done. No responses to any call or emails. Horrible.

After given the best sales pitch by the loan officers to close the loan, there is no support from the bank. Repeated phone calls does not yield any reciprocal communication, and to top it off the Escrow department is expecting a fee to terminate the Escrow services when verbal assurances were given by the loan officer that no such fees will be charged. This is Islamic financing in name only, my loan was sold to Freddie Mac within a month of my closing. I would not recommend the services of this bank for anyone who are looking for Islamic Financing. I had to work with a brother (Not going to name) who was helpful but he had a full plate. Got a little bit of run around (2 months) and we were close to lose the property because we weren't given any form of approval letter (of course we ended up going with some other bank). They are expensive and claim to match the interest rate with the American bank but that's actually not true. I believe halal financing should be helpful but in our case, it was painful. I was promised no closing cost which was later changed to 50%. All I can say is good luck whoever is trying to get a halal mortgage.
