Chase Home Lending in Downers Grove, IL

Chase is the biggest loser when it comes to home loans. They have scrubbed us left and right up and down to get 6 weeks in and miss 2 of our closings only to get some newbie on the case that turns around and starts asking for things that they have had for 6 weeks! 6 weeks in U/W and you don't no what the hell is going on? come on I feel like I'm dealing with kids and not people that are in the business to make loans! I have never had bad service or been treated like this ever in my life! STAY AWAY FROM CHASE!

I have nothing but rave reviews about the Michigan branches. Heck I have three four accounts with them. This one was not so spectacular. My client had a mortgage being done by them, ONLY 62 days to close conventionally. Full of astute people with excuses instead of results. (exception was one amazing man at the time of the closing, who was phenomenal)
