Nice competent tellers

Absolutely horrible experience. First I dealt with David, the small business loan specialist, and after almost 2 weeks of calling, emailing, and leaving him messages, Etc. I Newberry for a return call. I complained to one of the lady's there about the situation with David and she mentioned its not the first complaint about David....guess what he finally decided to call me back. Gave me some lame excuse why he Didn't call, blah, blah, blah... Didn't have any info for me so i waited another week. Finally he realized it's a new business and told me he couldn't do anything and referred me to another loan specialist at the same bank by the name of Basha (spelling might be strong). She called me immediately and told me she would start working on my loan, to give her a day. Fine, no prob. Another week went by and SHE never called me back. I called her and asked what was going on....she said "oh i thought i called you back"....mind you this is the same lady that i complained to, about David not calling me back....she pulled the same move. I am a new business owner who just wasted over 3 weeks of my time waiting on these people. I am....well WAS also a customer of there's for a while. People, do yourself a favor and stay away from location. I like us bank....but def not this one. Tellers there are super nice. However, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
