U.S. Bank ATM - Des Plaines Oakton in Des Plaines, IL

They said fish get rotten from its head! Totally true! Several months ago I left two of my paychecks in their deposit box and then I received a letter which told me that I can only use 200 dollars of the amount of those checks, because someone decided that those checks are not good and they needs to be revised (even thou I make exactly the same deposits every single week in another branch). Today Fri July 29th.2016 I went in that branch for international wire transfer and I experienced what is like to be treaten like a criminal. First I was waiting for around 30 min. and this is totally fine. Then the Big Boss Absolute Professional - Mary Jo Lundin, invited me and began investigating my account in order to find out if every single check amount is actually collected and present in my account. And after she did that she kept watching and double watching and triple watching my last two checks like she is going to find something wrong with them and that is actually what made me crazy because she already saw that all their amounts are actually collected from my employer's bank. Like she was trying to find a reason to prevent me to send my ballance to another bank or holding as much as she could while she was asking me totally unprofessional personal questions like "Do you move back to your country?" or "What made you to send your money?" So I asked for my ID and I went to another branch. Worst branch period!
