I can't say enough how much I liked the financial planning before starting the home search, like all the number crunching for budget and assistance with the ground work for things to do before home search. The pre-approval process was easy, and pre-approvals were promptly customized for offers. Email communication was very fast. There was a lot of clarity in rates and offers when we were in contract. The closing estimates provided were clear and accurate (much better than the estimates from the lending bank itself). Members of the team were very prompt in providing updates once they had the updates from the bank.
