I talked to one lady who played me for stupid, was very short and rude. She could care less about what I had to say. I called back to talk to a supervisor. Bad mistake,she was more unprofessional than the employee. WOW what a company.

Terrible business to deal with. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing... completely lacking in a fundamental willingness to work with people on the most basic things. I.E. sending the a summary bill. They want a self addressed and stamped envelope sent by you. Never mind you pay them on time. They cannot be bothered to send out a bill. Don't go to court with them either. Once you pay off bill they come back and try to say it's not paid off month after the fact.
