TCF Bank in Crystal Lake, IL

I've been going to TCF bank in the Jewel Osco Crystal Lake IL location for about a year now and my experience has been nothing short of stellar. However, today I went in to cash my check and I was told I was not able to do so because I was not old enough despite the fact I have a joined account with my father. This has never been an issue in the past. The employee was very rude and short tempered. They refused to give me cash so instead put my money on my debit card that was somehow declared stolen despite the fact neither I nor my father said it was. I'm very disappointed with my experience there today and am now considering switching banks to avoid issues like this in the future.
