NuMark Credit Union in Crest Hill, IL

This is a good bank. Don't know what the hell some of these other people are talking about. The girls behind the counter are always nice to me, say hello when I walk in, and are never rude to me at all. What do people want as far as C/S goes? Don't worry Nu Mark, some people seem to think the world is supposed to revolve around them. In that case I mind them no attention. You will never please them...ever. Keep doing what you do and all will be just fine.

I had a wonderful experience when I first got the loan. Now within the last 2 months I have received several notices about having insurance! I gave them the information requested! Saturday I get the mail and inside the box I have a bill for insurance on my colaterol! I owe read the website reviews and obviously I'm not the only 1 experiencing this problem! I am very disappointed when the letters asking about insurance was for the car the loan was on! Then this bill comes in the mail!

horrible banking experience. I have not been able to access my online banking since I opened my account 5 months ago. I went to the New Lenox IL branch and they told me my SS number wasn't right so I had them correct it, so I though. I tried re-enrolling again and nothing. same problem . So I call customer service and run into the same problem after I was assured it had been fixed(not to mention the person on the phone was not the friendliest). Also to add insult to injury I had my pin member not properly set up so when I tried making a purchase with my card it was declined due to the PIN number not being correct. Talk about embarrassing. So that had to be fixed as well. I can definitely say that I will not be doing business with NuMark any longer

We refinanced our home with Numark Credit Union and worked with Miranda Castillo as our mortgage processor. Since we were out of state, she was awesome to work with - she answered emails and calls right away and helped explain the entire process to us in regards to our options for the loan itself, interest rate, and closing costs. I highly recommend requesting her for the loan process since she is knowledgeable, friendly, and can explain things in the most simplest of terms for non-mortgage folks!

I give 1 star only because you can't give zero. Worst bank ever. I think they only hire high school drop outs. Always problems with them running your checks on your account twice with the same check number too. Always mistakes with there lack of accounting skills. Another problem was when someone used a mobile to device to deposit a check, then went to the bank and deposited the same check. It cleared twice. WOW! No security at this bank.
