Okay, this is a "Man's" business women are treated like idiots and very disrespected. I tried to sell an entire set of pc games that are gently used and product key codes were included and instead of respectfully saying Ma'am we just don't buy pc games, I was handed a line of b.s. They obviously thought they were talking to someone who didn't know what they had and tried to tell me that the games could not be re-installed or ever used again cause they had previously been installed on another pc. This is in fact wrong and any pc gamer knows that the only thing you cannot do is register the product online more than once with the same key code. This has no effect on game play. When I tried to call and complain about the lie I was told and that it is disrespectful to tell people lies like this I was brushed off and told repeatedly "we don't want to buy your games." I then said, "Sir, you are missing the point, I no longer WANT to sell you my games, I am trying to complain about the way I was treated and blown off." The guy did not care and was just in a hurry to get me off the phone and tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. So, if you want to be treated as if you are an idiot and taken advantage of because they think you don't know what you have, then by all means go there. If you want respect and a fair deal I recommend e-bay or Craig's list.

Place is great. Just dont take them your old junk and you wont be blown off and tried to be nice to without saying your stuff is junk crap and we dont buy junk. Hermans has quality stuff at good prices and they have always been very nice and helpful!!!
