Lady working there was extremely rude. I was trying mail an envelope and she was causing unnecessary drama, told me to take off my glasses and made unprofessional rude remarks. She then tried to over charge me for unnecessary tracking option. I hope she gets fired.

Took an entire summer to get my mailbox re-keyed. When the postal worker called to finally tell me when they were going to complete the work order he was too informal with me. He presented himself like the "drunk uncle at a barbecue" and tried to passive, aggressively chastise me for being vigilant about getting my mailbox re-keyed. I gave him the most professional terse tone allowed and then he calmed himself. Every time I use USPS services there's always unnecessary problems. I hope the higher ups do an over haul and re-vamp the system and get rid of employees that obviously do not want to be there. At this time I would rather pay UPSW or FedEx to deliver my goods, at least they try to contact you in a normal amount of time.
