ATG Credit LLC in Chicago, IL

I found a collection on my credit report so I looked ATG Credit up, as I was not familiar with the company, nor did I know what it was about (but I had 1 idea) I was apprehensive until I found the better business bureau rating (4.5 stars as of today, 11/28/2016). I filled out the form with minimal info. I received a response very quickly, which indicated that they had info about me that seemed legit, but asked me to verify some info. They got back to me quickly and confirmed that my original suspicion was correct (a mistake from a few years earlier). I corresponded with Andrew, who was very prompt, professional, and very nice. I took care of my mistake (yes, I owed $165, which was legit), and then asked him some questions, such as if he knew how quickly my score would rebound. (This was my first negative in 20 years.). Again, super fast to respond and extremely helpful. I should note that this all took place via email and was very pleasant. I'm happy to have cleaned up my mess without feeling anything but relief...no shame, no nothing. Thanks, Andrew! I knew my error would catch up with me, but it was an overall good experience. (I just wish that I had never let it have happened ;0)
